Pet + carrier max 25 lbs (11 kg) for cabin. Book 48 hours in advance by phone (1-800-367-5320). Health certificate required within 14 days of arrival. Not allowed in First Class on Hawaii–mainland routes. Neighbor Island flights require NIIP permit from Hawaii Dept of Agriculture. Checked baggage: dogs, cats, and household birds accepted ($200 each way as of Jan 2026). Rabbits accepted in cabin only.
